Love this series but

I really like this series however I don’t like the fact that the main character Kelly normally relies on her instincts, but she ignores them in this situation.
Will continue with the next book. I love the relationships throughout the series so far.

Not cozy, creates unpleasant feelings. Great narrator though

So far I liked the books in the series. This one, I have a hard time going through. Brutal, and going from bad to worse and no positives sprinkled in, depressing. This book will beat you down if are not already. I guess there will be a positive ending but not sure I'll make it through to hear it. I m more than half through, almost two thirds and will stop listening to this one or take it in small doses only.

The narrator is outstanding though, the variety of lovely characters are well reflected and recognizable with the voices she gives them.
