By examining the relationship between truth and action and between absolutes, unknowables, and frauds, Cioran comes out, for once, in favor of being.

Cioran is the Essential Missing Link...
...between great poetry and the power of outrageous, slightly comedic dark philosophy. Great intro by "Horror of Philosophy" author Eugene Thacker, and clear, bold narration by Rick Adamson, who sounds a bit like Star Trek: The Next Generation's Brent Spiner portraying his android character Data's sarcastic twin brother Lore. Cioran's work on Audible at last is a dream come true. Like irony, paradox, sarcasm, clever exaggeration, and brilliant use of language? Like nihilism made Art? Use a credit then on any of the E.M.C. audiobooks. You're going to have a new favorite writer!
