Where is the 4th Book?

I have listened to the first three books in the Nightflame Dragons series on audible.
I am wondering why the fourth book and the conclusion to this series (Dragons' Prize) is only in paperback and on Kindle. I would like to know when I can expect to get it on audible.

a universe where foreplay is non existant

I am most bummed that in thia story foreplay seems to not exist. I mean what womam goes straight to penetration pretty much every time? and secondary this whole story could have been developed more. I have enjoyed other titles from this author better.
