good for people who have trouble meditating

Traditional meditation is tough for me because my mind wanders and I get bored. Diana Cooper makes it easy to stay focused. l honestly look forward to them, similar to a child being read a great book. These meditations are vivid and powerful.

Nice visualizations

This is a collection of visualizations to work with dragons. Unlike the Kindle book which went into more details about the dragons and history this is just connecting with them. I was hoping for something more like the Kindle book where we learned more.
