My favorite book in this entire series. Love this story & so many of the characters. Excellent! Story = 10 stars!!! So much better than the TV series.

This audible version with narrator Kristin Atherton was extremely irritating. The volume of the narration was frequently quite inconsistent. The. Entire. Book.
Had to continually adjust volume up & down. Rewind & turn up volume to hear something suddenly whispered. Then it’s soon blaring at me. Finally had to just leave the volume very high in order to hear everything. Definitely don’t listen when you go to bed.
Even having read this book more than once, it was difficult to distinguish who’s speaking at times.

ive loved this book for years and can’t count the number of times i’ve listened to davina porter’s narration. this is just as wonderfully told and so fun, almost like hearing it for the first time again. very well done!
