The attention to detail was excellent, action and intensity were heart-racing, and the imagery and clever writing brought it all together for me. It read like a movie—and should be made into one!

The author is the narrator, and let’s be honest, he is a great narrator. Not as much of an author, at least not this time.

Yes, I finished it. I was interested in how it turned out. I should have left it. There were just so many times I was rolling my eyes at how much it felt like so many other books at the start of a paramilitary series. Nothing really new here…
