Acerca de esta escucha

Written by the world's top commercial real estate broker coach, Dominators of Commercial Real Estate Brokerage explores how several of North America’s top-producing commercial real estate agents adapt to market cycles and continue to enhance their leading market positions.

This book is a revisit of Rod Santomassimo’s prior best-selling books Brokers Who Dominate and CRE Teams Built Dominate. It examines how several of the top producers previously profiled adapted to one of history's most dramatic declines in market velocity.

As our commercial real estate markets continue to fluctuate, this book will guide commercial real estate agents looking for ways to increase their market share and focus on the elements they can control while deflecting the inevitable chaos and uncertainty that characterizes most market downturns.

The brokers highlighted in these chapters demonstrate the importance of adaptability, resilience, and a strong work ethic in achieving and maintaining success in the commercial real estate industry. Aspiring brokers can learn from these industry leaders and take action to cultivate similar habits and practices to grow their own successful careers.

Relevance to today’s commercial broker.

I really liked the stories, history, success and methods of the brokers that were mentioned in the book. That paired with the relevance to today’s changing professional climate around technology and workflow make this book immediately actionable.
