For Whovians.

If you are a fan of Doctor Who. You will enjoy these stories. The talk behind the scenes is worth listening to between the stories.

Just plain fun

As a die-hard DW fan for decades, I will give almost any DW story the benefit of the doubt and listen at least once. To my pleasant surprise, I greatly enjoyed these recordings. I'll admit I did not realize the narration for each story was performed by the on-screen companion of that production. What a delightful twist! The one story with the late Mary Tamm was done by John Leeson, who played K-9 in the story. The absolutely magnificent late Elisabeth Sladen even narrated her episode prior to her untimely death. Truly an awesome collection that I will enjoy again in the future. Now, on to collection two, which I've just downloaded.

Classic Who, Like you have never heard it before

I am one them diehard fans that like listening to the audio of Doctor Who episode while lying in bed having a nap or just wanting to let my imagination run wild. It's best to pretend you have never seen the episode and you can play the episode in your head and really taking it in a different way to what you normally would.

This collection is very nice it includes 6 classic stories each with a different incarnation of the doctor.

The 2nd Doctor (Patrick Troughton)
- The Krotons

The 3rd Doctor (Jon Pertwee)
- The Ambassadors of Death
- The Mind of Evil

The 4th Doctor (Tom Baker)
- Horror of Fang Rock
- City of Death

The 5th Doctor (Peter Davidson)
- Warriors of the Deep

Each one is also enhanced with linking narration and interviews by a member of the original cast, including Frazer Hines, Caroline John, Richard Franklin, Louise Jameson, Lalla Ward and Janet Fielding.

This collection is well worth it after all we got City Of Death it's my favourite classic story. Any Whovian would love this collection it's well worth it
