The story keeps going with a fun plot, wonderful characters & relationships, humor, and action. If you liked book one, you'll love this.

A wonderful continuation of a great story! My only complaint is the random 40 minutes of another book for preview not by the author and not in the same wheelhouse as what the authors book.

Alyssa Poon did a fantastic job narrating this.
The story was good and the character interactions were memorable. The only thing I didn’t like was the inclusion of a 45 minute “Preview” of a completely different book (that wasn’t even written by the author) at the end.

It seems a bit disingenuous to have close to an hour of random filler slapped on at the end of the book.

good story MC isn't like OP but still respectable and not getting special treatment for nothing. I like the time skipping because it gives a sense of progression without the nonstop narrating and filler other books have *cough cough* (dashing) *cough cough*.

you get progress and pacing that's just right great characters that are funny and a story that very entertaining. I like the vibe it has like "it's another world, but not" it's earth but de'vas it's cool. I really hope I don't have to wait long for the next book.

Alyssa is doing a great job as always, she was the first narrator I ever listened to doing solo for these types of books and she did a great job and still is hope she's running the show on the next one too.

Great character development

The story continues where the first book left off with great character development and organic relationships. In the MC isn’t weak, but he’s also not overpowered. The plot of the story continues to be good. I look forward to the next book.
