Upbringings allot of people will relate to,great advice for ways to change
I liked the story /
Journey and all of the different steps to grow, make hard changes and always continually working on herself and those in her life. I also like that it is narrated by her and that she has links to so much more to explore - This is a must read, especially for people who had / have a hard time with family relationships
