Great advice for a man of God in today’s world

Great book with relatable material for a Christian man looking for areas of life to implement Godly discipline. Very informative and motivating!

Must listen for any Christian Man

A phenomenal book providing Christian men with the plan and strategies to address one of our greatest needs: discipline. I plan to recommend this book to many others in hopes that we will all experience the grace from God to become the disciplined godly men that our families, churches, and world need.

The author's direction to not become overwhelmed by the 18 disciplines reviewed in the book.

I have always liked a guidebook written with each chapter focused on a particular topic that gets it's own deeper dive within the chapter. This, to me, is helpful in that it is not overwhelming and can be studied at a slower pace so as to absorb the contents and then apply them.

What stood out the most is the author's direction in the last chapter to not become overwhelmed by the number (18) of disciplines reviewed in the book. He says to more simply make a list of those you've done well, and those that may need some work. This focused approach helps a man to address the disciplines in his own life with a method that allows for deeper introspection and accountability in working to improve on those disciplines in a man's life that may need improvement.
