Publisher's summary

I slept with the wrong twin. And all I got for it in return was a broken heart. Oh yeah, and a baby on the way - there’s that too. But I’m determined to make it on my own. I don’t need a man, thank you very much. Not rich, charismatic, and decidedly flighty Rex Roosevelt, and especially not his twin brother, Justin. No matter that the gorgeous former military doctor makes my heart beat a little faster...and all spots lower than that pay careful, careful attention. None of that matters. The Roosevelt men are dangerous and I’m steering clear. The trouble is, Justin refuses to leave me be. And deep down, I don’t want to avoid him. Deep down, I want to be even closer.

Endearing Heartache ...

I was drawn to Justin and Kelly, oddly enough because I happened to stumble upon Justin's twin brother Rex's story first. There was a history there and I wanted to know just what it was. Faber didn't disappoint. Disaster at Roosevelt Ranch turned out to be a heartbreaker. Kelly lost her heart to one twin and found her forever with the other. Mr. Wrong turned out to be the best decision she ever made. Justin and Kelly endear themselves to your heart with a back story that is not always beautiful, but a romance that is oh so sweet. Narrator, Keira Stevens wraps herself around each word she utters and takes control of emotions in the most subtle of ways.

Finding true love!

I asked a receive this Audible book and voluntarily wrote this unbiased review. I love, when I read a book by an author new to me and really enjoy the book. I enjoyed the conflicts that Kelly and Justin experienced throughout this book. This was not an easy road for either of them. The chemistry between them is definitely there but there are so many factors affecting their relationship. Kelly's friends help them along their journey especially a feisty 87 year old. I thought the narrator did an amazing job of portraying the emotions of these characters. She is an excellent storyteller with her soothing voice. I highly recommend this Audible book.

Good Read

Disaster at Roosevelt Ranch (Roosevelt Ranch #1) was a great read by Elise Faber. Kelly finds out that she slept with the wrong twin and is now heartbroken and pregnant. She's determined to make it on her own. Justin is the "good" twin who she's attracted to and fighting the attraction. But Justin refuses to leave her be, especially when he finds out that she's pregnant. I really enjoyed this book and can't wait to read more in this series.

True love story

This story will suck you in from the beginning of the story. We all want the one true love, even if we are still looking for it. This story had me laughing, crying and wanted to punch someone. It’s a fabulous story. The narrator does a great job with the characters by distinguishing between the voices. She makes you feel as though you are a part of the story. I definitely recommend this story!

Enjoyable overall

Keira did a good job bringing this story and characters to life. The story overall was okay. I would’ve liked to feel more from these characters and story because it didn’t pack that punch with me. I do enjoy this authors words so I look forward to more.

Disaster at Roosevelt Ranch

This story started out a bit differently than I thought it would by the blurb and have to say that I was pleased with the way it went. A bit of uniqueness with the direction of this book which made it even more enjoyable than it would have been if it went the way I was thinking. This is definitely a love story that everyone would enjoy.

Excellent Poor Girl/Rich Man Romance

I received this audiobook free, as an Audiobook Obsession Reviewer, for an honest review. This was a great story. The author gives you a story with suspense, some angst and romance. This was a heartwarming romance between Kelly and her baby daddy's twin brother. What a mess. But, Justin is a troubled man who fell in love with the girl his brother threw away. Enjoyed this book so much, There was quite a few laughs in this story. I couldn't put it down. The narrator did a great job with the characters, male and female.

suprised

From the title and blurb of the book, I was not expecting the storyline. It was unique and surprising. I felt like I was missing part of the story for the first part of the book. It was like there was a book one where I missed out on details, but they were cleared up as the story moved on.

Kiera Stevens did a good job narrating.
