Female narrator must be joking

I passed on another book solely because her narration was the absolute worst. She rushes through the line and then lands on the last word with a curl or something and draws it out...every, single, time. Every line has the exact same annoying tempo. How does she get work? I couldn’t believe I didn’t pay more attention to the sample but picked it up within seconds in the audiobook and looked up the narrator of the other book I passed on and sure enough it was her. I returned a book for the first time ever, followed by one narrated by Maxine Mitchell. Bad narrators will destroy material.

The Love Whisperer!

This was exactly what I needed! Its a fun story with awesome narration. Sebastian York is perfect for this book with his gravely voice and Tracy Marks is incredible as always. Lauren Landish wrote a very steamy story with believable characters. I loved how she included characters with insecurities and baggage. Communication is key. The unexpected twist in this book was perfect for the story. Both narrators were able to include the right emotions. One could feel the vulnerabilities of both Derrick and Kat, the jealousy was obvious too! I loved this book when I read it, and think the audio is even better.

Cannot focus on anything else while listening...

Whoa... kept my attention and was pretty steamy. The only thing that was a little distracting was that Tracy Marks sounds like Romy in "Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion"... if you can get over that then you'll be entertained.

Dirty Talk!

This story was very hot! I loved the two main characters, Derrick King and Katrina. They were perfect together. Of course, the narration was perfect with Tracy Marks and Sebastian York.

I could listen to these two tell tales for hours!

So I’m just gonna be bluntly honest… you should just listen to this audio book while you are taking a cold shower. That is how HOT this book is. You will need a constant cold shower to keep you cooled down! Ugh… it isn’t often that I listen to a book so delightfully smutty! I flew through it, it was fast-paced and a just plain delightful listen.

The storyline is so hot, so just… smutty! Derrick and Kat had this amazing heat between them and it was hard not to smile and blush a bit through it all. Tracy Marks and Sebastian York could not have done a better job on narration! Tracy is perfect at bringing Kat to life with her betrayal. Sebastian pulls of Derrick with that serious yet fun and charismatic voice with pure impeccability. I could listen to these two tell tales for hours!

Another good one from Lauren Landish

This story definitely had the dirty talk and I loved it! The only thing I didn't care for was the female narrator doing the voice of the the man. And of course you can never go wrong when Sebastian York is reading. I would've liked to have heard him tell more of the dirty talk. But overall it was a good book. I'm glad I bought this one.

Talk dirty to me

Sebastian York’s voice is smooth as butter. Although, Tracy took me out of the immersion of the story. I found myself giggling at some of her dialog that wasn’t even funny. Really enjoyed this one by Lauren Landish. Enjoyed that Kay found her inner confidence and the role Derek played.

Whoa, baby!! This book is HOT!

Absolutely loved it!! Wish I could find a man to talk to me like this.

great story but....

Tracy Marks is a little jerky narrating.... This made it more difficult to really get into the story.

The Love Whisperer!

Kat has just found out that her boyfriend has been cheating on her and she has lost faith in both men and relationships. She needs an impartial opinion so she calls the Love Whisperer for advice.

Derrick is the Love Whisperer where he gives out advice on his radio show about everything and anything to do with relationships. When he receives Kat’s call he is drawn to her and wants to do much more than give her advice. As she continues to call in they have a connection and agree to exchange numbers so that they can connect outside of the show.

Derrick believes he has found the one he has been waiting his whole life for but Kat has only experienced pain when it comes to love but will he be able to break down the walls she has built around her heart?

I enjoyed the way both narrators brought the story to life. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book
