Die verrückte Wissenschaftlerin ist eine Vogeldame namens Akna, die Po und seine Freunde vor den Wieseln gerettet hat. Sie hat auch die Skorpione gebaut und mit deren Hilfe die Früchte von Pelpels Plantagen geklaut, da es in ihrer Heimat schon lange nicht mehr geregnet hat. Zu Klinges Überraschung berichtet Akna, dass sie vor vielen Jahren ihren Bruder Alfie kennengelernt habe, der auf der Suche nach den Tianshang-Waffen gewesen sei. Zuma, die Anführerin aus dem nahegelegenen Tikal und der „Protektor“, besaß zwei Sturmräder, mit deren Hilfe man auf Blitzen reiten kann.

Während Akna und Pelpel eine Armee von Skorpionen bauen, um gegen Zuma gerüstet zu sein, versucht Meister Mastodon, sich mit den Sturmkräften zu verbinden. Po bittet ihn, es ihm beizubringen, doch Mastodon weigert sich. Währenddessen hat Klinge eine Auseinandersetzung mit den Wieseln. Obwohl Veruca verletzt es, gelingt es ihr, sich durch ihre Pflanzenmagie zu retten. Klinge hat Klaus gefangen genommen, lässt ihn aber wieder frei. Po gelingt es, den Geist von Meister Mastodon aus seinem Dad zu trieben. Doch nun steckt er in ihm selbst...
Apok-ta-pokalypse, Teil 2
Heftig tobt der Kampf um die Tianshang-Waffen, insbesondere um das Sturmrad, das Meister Mastodon benötigt, um seine Kräfte entfalten zu können. Doch dann scheinen Po und Mastodon zu fallen. Das Sturmrad fordert eine Seele und Mastodon entscheidet, dass Po zu seinen Leuten zurückkehren soll, während er seine Seele opfert. So können sie zu guter Letzt Zuma die Waffen abnehmen. Pelpel wird zum neuen Anführer von Tikal ernannt. Akna schließt sich Pos Truppe an und es geht weiter nach England, um das zweite Sturmrad zu finden und alle Tianshang-Waffen zu vernichten.
