Therefore, it came as no surprise when he ended up in Detroit. It takes courage, not to mention lots of paperwork (because Hell teems with bureaucracy), but she visits her beloved grandfather. She not only learns more about him, but about herself as well.

Perfect home accent

Perfect home accent for a Michigander! Very stylish book and I love the positive propaganda for the hardworking and proud city of Detroit vs. the negative stories that are always presented.

Interesting

Hell is a real accessible place through mysterious portals that have opened up in various places in the world. One of these portals is located in Detroit. When Casey’s grandfather ends up there, she pays him a visit and learns a lot about herself.

A short story packed with a lot of mystery and intrigue. This would definitely be an interesting book to see expanded into a novel.
