Misled

When I saw that this audiobook had four 5-star ratings, I had high expectations for this book. The story was okay, although there were some major problems. For example: the characters would mention that days had passed and yet they hardly stopped to sleep or eat, it just jumped from one problem or need to escape a situation to another, Wick mentioned that everyone who grew up "underground" talked like him (slight British accent) but he was the only one you heard speak that way, and why would a renegade group who had had their hidden lair found make their lair there once again?
Then there was the narrator. When she spoke the character parts she was okay, but she sounded very stilted through most everything else. There was no easy flow like when telling a story.
