Actually gets me to sleep!

I bought this out of desperation, ready to try anything and was really skeptical when I started listening and a few hours later woke up to use the bathroom and heard weird electronic like whale sounds? However, when I am having restless or anxious nights and can't get my mind to slow down, it really does help. Go figure!

Does not address Depression or Anxiety

Never heard any affirmations, only music and tones, that were not very relaxing to me...skipped through, still, nothing. I felt this did not address my depression or anxiety.

Sleep Meditation

Only a short narration, mostly relaxing sounds. I found the changes in sound regularly woke me from my sleep so had to switch it off 3/4 the way through so i could get some undisturbed sleep but otherwise it was relaxing, perhaps 8 hours is too long.
