Surprised how well this works!
I've had this in my library for awhile but only recently started listening to it. I'm shocked how well this works for helping my insomniac brain! My brain is annoyingly picky when it comes to these types of sound programs/recordings. Especially for sleep. But I have to admit, this one is excellent.
FYI Tip - When you begin playing it, open the 'chapters' section and click on Chapter 2 in order to skip his intro and explanation.
If you don't normally listen to this type of thing, might be a good idea to listen to his intro once, at least.
But after that? Skip Chapter 1 (his intro) and begin on Chapter 2 to get right into the sleep program.
