Decree Declare & Pray

A decree is an official order or decision that is made by a ruler or other authority. It has the power of law and can be enforced by the authorities. To state or assert boldly, formally, or emphatically. "Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways” Job 22:28. In simple terms, to declare something is to say it out loud or to write it down. Make a proclamation. Pray is to ask, seek or petition God. Prayer can take a variety of forms: a ceremony, act of worship, something done spontaneous, a hymn, or scripture. Words spoken have the power to create something out of nothing. Words have power, and when you speak them, you give them life.
