The HST of the CIA

ok, maybe not as talented as hunter s. thompson, but snepp is a razor sharp writer. he provides a general narrative of events while zooming in on specific events, some of which clearly foreshadow the events of Saigon’s fall.
does he act like his shit don’t stink? of course. but he had to to fend off CIA accusations, I bet.
the only remaining question is: when will the public be able to read narratives such as Snepp’s with complete transparency? Allowinging agents to admit their own mistakes without fear of retribution. i’m still waiting.
