If you are feeling this way, my friend, there is a simple explanation. You may be dating or married to a narcissist. Your self-absorbed partner may be gaslighting and manipulating you. He may cycle between love-bombing and distancing himself from you. He seems to be a nice guy to your face sometimes, but then you find out that he is talking bad about you to others. He seems to triangulate you with other women or family members in order to make you jealous and boost his own ego.

Good, helpful content
The content was very helpful and succinct. In a half hour I came away understanding bipolar disorder quantum leaps more that before having listened to the book. I found the narration too stilted and stuff. If it was purposeful that it sounded clinical, I can understand. But the book would have been easier to focus on and less off-putting with a freer, varied, comfortable, more eloquent style.

Great book about people with Bipolar Depression
I enjoyed this book, because it explained the main symptoms of a person with Bipolar Manic Depression. It was informative and helpful. My Mother is a Manic Depression Psychosis person and she has mood swings, so this book helped me realize that one day she is positive and another day she is negative and depressed. Please say a prayer for my Mother that she gets healed one day in the future. God bless you all. Always trust in Jesus Christ who is my Savior and died on the cross of the whole world's sins, because Jesus Christ loves all of you! Amen! "For God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should NOT perish but have Eternal Life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world but that through His Son other's might be SAVED." John 3:16-17. Amen! Have a blessed day all of you out there! :)
