Publisher's summary

If you are tired of spending another day without achieving or completing anything, then keep reading.

Do you enjoy living in the moment without thinking about tomorrow and the inevitable consequences of your actions?

Do you enjoy delaying your duties or tasks and being aware that they will then accumulate into something you won’t be able to handle?

Hoping your answer is no, I am asking this because it is what I asked myself when I was a procrastinator.

In my adolescence, I used to postpone all my homework and studies for later, even when I knew I would regret that decision.

And so it happened, I almost failed my first year of high school because I was too busy doing other stuff except for the real work.

In Dealing with Procrastination, you will discover:

  • The eight main types of procrastinators and how to deal with them
  • The top four reasons why we decide to procrastinate
  • The harsh consequences of short-term thinking
  • Proven cures and tactics that will help you to stop procrastinating
  • My own personal method that helped me feel better called "Avoid Breaking the Cycle"

Procrastination is something common that almost everyone suffered from, and therefore, it must be treated and cured with dedication and time.

And here, my method "Avoid Breaking the Cycle" comes in play, where I will teach you all the little steps that worked for me. This can be applied for all ages.

If you want to start enjoying the good life you deserve, then you should listen to this audiobook!

Solid insights on procrastination

I learned a lot of good insights about procrastination from this one. One of my favorite of those insights was that we don’t always procrastinate because we’re lazy — we do it because we’re not properly managing our emotions. In such cases, we’re pushing off fear, doubt, and disappointment. In order to overcome such procrastination, we must learn to manage such emotions more effectively. This audiobook helps show us how to do that. It’s a good listen.

Don't put this off

This is a quick and straightforward guide to handling procrastination with simple and actionable steps from someone that has controlled their procrastination habit. It doesn't just offer a one size fits all list of uninspired and impractical productivity tips. What I enjoyed the most about "Dealing With Procrastination" was that it unearths the root of procrastination, helps you understand why you procrastinate, and it makes you realize how much you are holding yourself back by procrastinating. It doesn't just affect the near present but also the far future. Don't put this off.
