I am not sure what I am more disappointed with myself for not looking at the length of this audio clip or an audio clip of this length being sold as a one-off piece. The material is dealt with superficially and is of almost no value to a person looking to learn how to more effectively deal with difficult people. Awful!

I got this to try to help me with a situation at work and all it was was stories about what others had done and their workplace but not how things were fixed.
