I ❤️ Debra

I know Fred’s memoirs are not conducive to spinoffs. However, dear Author, (aka Drew Hayes) I hope and wish you will reconsider and tell Debra’s story. I was so touched by her thoughts on her life thus far, it left me craving more. For a dude you give us female readers characters that we can relate to and cheer for.

More we need more

up front I'll tell you I love this series
In this one Fred actually learns how to be a vampire instead of just being a human with digestive problems and a light allergy.
We also get to know more about vampires and the fae as the wedding gets closer.

I never want it to end

I absolutely loved all of the previous Fred the Vampire books and this latest installment didn't fail to impress at all. I usually find that once the third book is released, the story can start to become stale and tired but with the Fred series, I find myself waiting impatiently for the next book.
The characters, both old and new are so well developed. The story line is always surprising and the narration of Kirby Hayborne is spot on as always. His portrayal of Fred is so well aligned with the characters personality that I couldn't imagine him any other way.
I cant wait for the next book to come but in the meantime Im looking forward to listening to book five at least several more times just as Ive done with the previous editions. Definitely worth it for anyone looking for an easy listen.

Better than the last

I have always liked the concept of Fred being the protagonist, but not gaining any power, and all his strength comes from his friends. This book helped to pave the way to change that a little for the future, but I feel it was very well done. Some of the last few books felt like they were just filler, and the stories in them didn't seem to be tied together as much as they could have been. This collection of stories was smoothly entwined and was definitely a good addition to the series. Looking forward to the next one!

A great book for the series!

A awesome addition to the series!
A great focus on the main character and his abilities, also a good representation of how close the “house of Fred” is, almost family like.

The introduction of a new faction and the showing how influential said faction is was an excellent addition to the series.

I would happily recommend this book to anyone that likes vampires or the idea that Hollywood has glorified the afterlife.
