Sherman Holmes has officially settled into his new city, and the World's Greatest Detective Agency has opened its doors. Now, the new duo must investigate a local "haunted" tourist site where the scares are going off-script and otherworldly interference is suspected.

Two years have passed since John the vampire did the impossible and returned from the edge of oblivion, and he didn’t even get a novelty T-shirt for his troubles. You know the ones: "I went to Sheol, and all I got was this stupid shirt". Now, our “hero”, Warden Broadway, and Ludvig the Hunter are finally ready to carry out their mission of eliminating all warlocks on Earth - which was tasked to them by Hecate herself. Those Wonderful Toys returns to the fast-paced, oftentimes comical style of action that makes John the lovable antihero that he is.

Timothy Walter Bolton - better known as Timmy - has spent most of his life as a necromancer. When bounty hunter Duke LaGrange and his oft-inebriated Japanese-Irish ninja companion, Ishiro’shea, entered their favorite watering hole, Cyborg Joe’s Grill N’ Go & The Why Not Saloon, they had no idea that they would soon be gobbled up by an unhinged astral anomaly and deposited on an uncharted primitive world. Few things are worse than undeveloped planets, especially those that haven’t even made it to the soufflé stage. To top it off, this particular planet comes with its own insane ruler and an Orb That Controls Everything and Must Be Respected.

Story
An army of monsters walks among us, hidden in plain sight. They're fast. They're strong. They're unrelenting. And they only want one thing: The shitty gas station at the edge of town. Coming as a surprise to absolutely no one, Jack - night-shift clerk and local crazy person - has found himself neck-deep in the middle of yet another world-ending terror. And this time around, nobody can be trusted. Not that tough-as-nails cop who probably knows a lot more than she's letting on. Not the adorkable new employee who might be something far less innocent than she appears.

But when his new foot looks like it's turning into something green, scaly, and abundantly clawed, a visit to the medics would seem to be reasonable. Story
The time has finally come for Sophia to enact her vengeance against one Julian Jackson Blackwell. The name of the book is Villains Defeat, after all, and it is a story of team building, betrayal, plots-within-plots, and a how-to guide for toppling an empire. So, yeah, we’re kind of riffing on “the heist” genre in this one.
