Great Story

Female narrator is bad

Regina Mystique reads with absolutely zero emotion. But Winston James saved this book. WJ is the best there is 💖🤩 I still enjoyed this book.

I loved how the men loved and prioritized their wives. I know their mother was a hot mess but they could have treated her a little better.

Wonderful story but…

I first read this book in KU. When i saw it in audible I was so excited to have it. I still love it, but…the female narrator is so lackluster! Especially up against Winston. What happened? It sounds like a teacher making a student read in front of class. It was so meh for all of her chapters. Everything else was great though.

I love this story. Overall, it’s well written and meaningful but the woman narrator is dull. She’s reading the story only as if she’s reading off a recipe. She reads very well, but she doesn’t act out the scenes. There’s no passion, excitement, let’s just say her reading lacks the emotions needed for this story. Winston James, on the other hand, is amazing as usual he doesn’t disappoint!

I loved everything about this book!! Highly recommend this book for anyone interested in reading a fully explored storyline of complex characters.

Once again K.C. Mills does not disappoint. I love the Omari family! Ezekiel just wants to be chosen and loved and Johrie is the one to show him.

Love My book bae Winston but also love Trei! The story was interesting and kept my attention hitting on many aspects of life’s journeys. Very sexy and hot throughout even though it was definitely fantasy but isn’t that why we read?? Will definitely be reading the next books! 👍🏽
