An amazing retelling of the myth

Loved this approach to the retelling of the myth of Demeter and Persephone, in my opinion I loved all the additions and tweaks made to the story, i think the authors choices made the story richer and it made the conclusion a very satisfying one. Loved it

One story told by two perspectives

The storytelling is an interesting new take on an old story! Telling the story from two prospectives really adds to how different one story can be for two people! Definitely worth the listen!

Beautiful narration, and story

Wonderful and powerful, to hear Demeter and Persephone's story from their point of view. The feminine is given the agency, and is centered here. Narration is crisp, clear, very talented.

Stunning performance

I have never listened to an audiobook narrated by Zura Johnson before and now I will look forward to hearing her again. I especially loved the voice she used for the characters of Demeter and Hades, but all were so well done. Terrific re-telling of a classic Greek myth. Going back to see some of Hannah Lynn’s earlier works.

One of the best book and free mythology books I've ever read

I went straight out and bought the paperback of this book. Its one of the best Greek mythology books I've ever listen to. the Narrator was also amazing. if you are in any way interested in Greek mythology, you have to read or listen to this book. its simply wonderful. It ends very well and flows wonderfully. it had me feeling empowered at times, crying at times, happy, sad. I can't say how wonderful. I hope so much the author writes from the point of view of other God's.
