Publisher's Summary

The number one nationally best-selling Warriors series continues! Discover more epic adventures in the fourth audiobook in the action-packed Broken Code story arc.

Exiled after a battle that left all five Clans devastated, ThunderClan’s loyal deputy, Squirrelflight, must bring to light an earth-shattering truth: the identity of the cat ruling ThunderClan while wearing Bramblestar’s face.

While the fate of his body hangs in the balance, the real Bramblestar’s spirit has vanished. Even Rootspring is powerless to reach him - and with tensions among the Clans at a breaking point, Squirrelflight may not be able to ensure Bramblestar has a body to which to return. If he returns at all.

Packed with action and intrigue, this sixth Warriors series is the perfect introduction for those new to the Warriors world, while dedicated fans will be thrilled to discover the new adventures that unfold after the events of A Vision of Shadows.

It was okay...

***Spoilers***
this series got lazy real quick. the idea was kind of interesting, but the way the executed it was pretty bad. its like they were trying to make a new Tigerstar out of Ashfur. like yeah I get it, he wasn't a great cat. but in the only series, he was just a boring cat with anger problems. all the way up until he tried to get revenge for being dumped in the Power of Three books. now all of the sudden he's automatically known as being evil? "oh you don't know what he's capable of"... really the worst thing he did when he was alive was almost kill Squirrelflights kits and tell her secret. he wasn't a criminal mastermind or even a really talented fighter. I like these books but man they were really reaching for a villain if all they could come up with is ashfur. I can't imagine who will be the bad cat in the future books... now that Tigerstar is dead the authors don't know who to make the antagonist.

PS. voice actor was very good. I love this dude.

I love it

The only thing I don’t like about the book is that it changes characters so quickly I wish it would change characters each chapter

one mild error, but everything else was perfect.

it was amazing, though it seemed like chapter 17 was a repeat of chapter 16. I may be wrong but i figured it was important enough to point out.

Amazin

Amaizing book, Bristlefrost's personality changed a bit in this book, I didn't like the change but that is how books are, it makes story more interesting, I think im far too honest and outgoing and reblious and philosophical to live in clans anyway lol, still loved the story and the rootspring

Pretty good

It was pretty good. Not bad but not very good either. Feels mostly like a filler book.
