Nightmares and Babies

Dark Web of Dreams is a pretty interesting and haunting psychological thriller from authors Lyn Morgan and Debi King. The story follows key members of a troubled family as their lives are getting very complicated,

As you know, I hate spoilers, so all I'll tell you about the plot is that in Dark Web of Dreams we find out exactly how far can an ex-husband's paranoia can go and how fierce can a mother get in order to save her child. What follows is a dramatic tale of love, hate, fear and redemption.

Voice-over artist and narrator Anthony Lee expertly performs the audiobook version of Dark Web of Dreams with talent and enthusiasm. Although he usually reads in a strong, powerful voice, which is just fine for the story and some of the male protagonists, Mr. Lee does his best to portray female and children characters as well, switching between voices with ease. The audio production is good, most of the time, but I heard some faint background noises throughout my listening time, but nothing that would actually damage the listener's experience,

So, if you are in the mood for a dark, dramatic psychological thriller, you should give Dark Web of Dreams a chance.

Living Nightmare

A fairytale turned nightmare, Dana does what she can to pull herself free of her controlling husband, Max. Max, however, is not ready to let her go. He’s a rich and powerful man and he’ll do whatever it takes to get her back. Even if it means tormenting her unconscious mind.

Powerful storyline and well-crafted characters. I thought the entire concept of the story was unique and haunting in a way. It goes to show that having your dreams come true won’t necessarily make you happy.

Dana’s dreams were especially interesting and kept me listening to figure out what they meant.

Dark and chilling, this is a psychological read that’ll stay with you.

Narration was perfect for the story.
