The road to Idaho is long and dangerous.

The saga continues with Nathan adding more sheep to his flock. Nathan had rescued two families from the tractor riding red-necks, which added Tom & Natalie & their two children, and four children from the gut-shot mother who died. That brought his total flock up to twelve! The government has been forcibly capturing people and taking them to FEMA camps (for their protection). This has been a concerted effort by the government to completely clear an area of survivors. Wireless devices also were left in cleared homes to alert government soldiers of intruders. Nathan couldn’t figure out why such efforts were being made, but it caused him to be very, very cautious. The road to Idaho was long and dangerous and filled with many horrifying and disgusting scenes. Those that saw these things would never forget them and witness them again and again in their dreams. Will everyone make it to Idaho? Should they all arrive safely; will Nathans old family of friends accept his new family? This is a great series; the more I listened, the more I liked it. Chris Abernathy does a wonderful job narrating.

Where does Dark Titan Journey: Finally Home rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Thomas A. Watson is a great writer. His Dark Titan books 1,2 and 3.....I have really enjoyed. In my busy life I enjoy the humor and stories of the characters. Not too complicated and definitely the real life scenarios make me laugh.

What about Chris Abernathy’s performance did you like?

Yes. I have enjoyed listening to Chris Abernathy.

Best One of the Three

Not only does the author impart good technical information about gear that could be a game changer in a societal collapse, he also tells a very realistic story of survival and the importance of community. The reader will come away with a deeper understanding of why being prepared is so critically important, and how our government is likely to respond to independent citizens during a crisis.
