Really enjoyed it
I knew quite a bit from growing up with a narc parent and always being interested in psychology, as well as taking a class on it. I did learn some stuff, and was not bad for the price. Only downside was thinking there was a lot more, but then again ,I did listen to it sped up. I recommend it to everyone, except for those that are in the dark triad of course lol!
