Brené visited Pixar to talk with our filmmakers. I loved this book! Hearing Brene speak is just awe-inspiring and I felt so motivated listening to her. seriously recommended for all aspiring leaders!

People people people

I definitely identify with the issues of shame and blame, I am one of those kids brought up with an inability to deal with confrontation in a healthy manner and it has effectively destroyed every relationship I've ever had.

I can listen to this over and over, not just because of the practical advice, but the way Brené makes one feel that it is okay to struggle, it is okay to lose your shit and over react, it is not only okay to fail, but to be expected.
