Great Story

My husband & I have become big Janet Evanovich fans. The stories are just the right length to carry us round trip to Boston & back. The story kept our attention and the performance was very good.

Dangerous Minds

Another well written book by Janet Evanovich. It kept me on the edge of my seat. Lorelei King did a fabulous job narrating. She has a way of bringing the characters to life.

fun book

this was he first Janet Evanovich book I've ever listened to. it was a fun & entertaining book. love all the places they traveled and the funny banter between the characters. even learning a bit about volcanoes along the way. I will definitely try another one of her books again.

Good, fun performance!

Enjoyed the continuation of the characters and look forward to book 3. The characters are a little quirky without being too weird and I like them.

Light in content and full of lazy jokes. Not up to par with other books by the author.

Good storyline

This book is entertaining and well developed. The characters are fun and multidimensional. If you have listed to any other Janet Evanovich novels you will recognize Lorelei King. She does a good job with flow and intonation. My only complaint is her characters sound similar to other series. So when Vernon speaks throughout I hear Lula from the Stephanie Plum series. Overall a good listen.

A Different Listen

Unfortunately, there were quite a few mispronounced words in the beginning and lack of pitch made it a bit difficult to follow along. I found myself having to replay stuff over to me. Otherwise, a nice mix-up from Stephanie Plum and being in Jersey.

Greatly enjoy the pacing of stories written by this author. She combines great story lines, fantastic characters and lots of humor to create enjoyable tales to listen to and/or read.
