Sweet and chaste. Beautifully romantic. As with all romance novels, you know the ultimate ending within the first chapter, but its the route that it takes to get there that carries the weight.

Funny and sweet

I love a story with humor and a strong heroine. This novel has both-yay!

Unique storyline

I love a strong female character, and I love this one. She was confident, intelligent , and empathetic without being overbearing.
The storyline was great too!

The characters had good depth. Not cut and dry...enough story line to keep you on your toes.

Made me think

This was a great 2nd installment to the series. Timothy and Maryann had a great friendship. They were honest from the beginning and I feel like that gave the book a very interesting twist. The book made me think about things I hadn't before, such as how a man learned to be a gentleman and manage his estate with no one to teach him those things. I really loved Maryann as a character. She's flawed and wants to make sure everyone knows it, because that's real and normal.
