It’s a duke of a great listen

Love M/C. And this is book 1 in the Creed MC Series. The story is well written and the author put a lot of thought in the storyline and will have you on the edge of your seat throughout with the twist and turn. You will be wondering What is next on the edge of your seat till the end
Hero is Duke. Heroine is Shanna . They both come from M/C families.
Shana M/C family treated her like a princsss but always looked after , the men always put her in a cage as she thought of it . No fun at all. Liked how the author kept the storyline real with her live, I do think the females would be looked after , from other M/C or non M/C men .
Dukes father was the Co founder of the Creed M/C . Duke saw how life was at the club and he doesn’t want anything to do with it . Duke decides to join the marines to get away from that life. Now that he’s retired he needs to decide what’s next . While in town he decides to go to the bar his dad use to visit . Once he’s inside the bar and takes one look at the bartender (who is Shanna ) he knows he’s a goner .
That one look at both their parts changed their lives forever . Grab it and see how they manage it
Rodney Falcon nailed this story . . The M/C words came alive . His voice is strong , clear and smooth

This is one twisty ride! I loved it!

This is such a twisty twirly, heart pounding, crazy ride! I really enjoyed this! The story...the characters....everything! I was able to easily become invested In These characters (all of them not just the two main ones). They brought me joy, sorrow and heartbreak. I was very pleased with them to the fulfilling end! This story had me going from highs to lows...to “don’t you dare do that (Insert Duke Or Shanna here)” with a smack on the head. Then I would probably run away because..you know Duke is a BA.

This is my first book by this author and I cannot wait to start the next in the series (tomorrow :-)). The story flowed nicely and easily kept my interest as well as entertained me. The characters had a lot of growth and it was nice to see where they ended up. I could easily feel the affection Duke had for Shanna.
I listened to this on audio and Rodney Falcon was the narrator. He is easily becoming a favorite for MC books.

Great story, horrible narration.

I REALLY LOVED THE STORY. But I have never disliked a narrators voice so much in my life. Usually, when I hear a narrator that I don’t connect with, I’ll just find another book. For some reason though, I really, really loved this story. So much so, that I couldn’t just skip to a better narrated book.

This narrator had absolutely no emotion while reading. He put no effort into the characters. When the book clearly said a character was yelling, he sounded the same as when the book said the character was whispering. All the characters had the same “voice”. Maybe I’m used to books with two narrators but even those narrators use different voices, different inflictions in their tone etc. This narrator just read. Like a child would read. No emotion, no interest, just BLAH. The more I think about it, the more frustrated I’m getting. I can’t imagine anyone could enjoy the way he read this book. Too bad. It’s actually a great story.

First of all I'd like to compliment the author on the choice of his book cover. Perfect for Duke!
I enjoyed listening to this audible from the beginning to end. Duke is the kind of man ant woman would love to have in her life. He is honorable and loving. Best of all he wants to do everything right by the woman he loves.

Loved the sexy narration by Rodney Falcon, his voice is perfect for this book.

Exciting Romance with Great Characters

Duke and Shanna are fantastic apart but they're even better together. The adventure is long but worth it. The writing is great and the characters well done.
