This audio book was a gift from the author, but this is my honest and unsolicited opinion.

This is a great adventure for teens, and older readers who like action. I really enjoyed following Cyrus and his friends in their quest for last hune (giant turtle) who holds the key to save Cyrus's people. This book is much darker than the first Sea Zombie and quite scary as Cyrus goes from one apparent disaster to another. Again, the excellent blurb outlines the essential plot. Cyrus grows in resilience and maturity. Cyrus is forced to make hard decisions and risks much. especially his humanity. His friends are amazing, resourceful and loyal.

The narrator is terrific, Jack Wynters has a great vocal range and the characters are well differentiated. I love his voice for both Edward (the spider) and Fibian (the froskman). Looking forward to listening to the next book.
