Sound Quality is the problem for me.

Great information and extremely informative subject matter. My biggest complaint is the narration. Sean is very good, however his voice inflections drop the volume of what he's saying so often I can't understand him while I'm listening in the car with the volume set to max on my iPhone. I end up hearing about half (or a little more) of his narration. I didn't seem to notice it at the beginning of the audio, but it seems the farther I get, the worse it becomes. I think the problem is in the sound mixing to keep his volume level more consistent. Very disappointing as so far I'm quite enjoying the book. I'll just have to switch to listening to this one at times when I can use headphones appropriately.

As an aspiring CISO, this book was GOLD!

Through this excellent work (which I now have on Audio and physical format..hmmm...maybe Kindle next?), Chris had made Cybersecurity human, none geeky and thoroughly understandable. Cybersecurity strategy has at last been humanised a d laid out in a format most anyone can grasp and action. I cannot wait to REALize what I have learned from this book. Second reading here we go!

CISSP written all over it!

I listened at first but then, I started to realize that Chris Moschovitis was secretly teaching the ways of the CISSP Masters. Very informative and captivating. The author knows how to bring the most difficult of areas and relate them to real world situations.

Great job Chris,

I HIGHLY recommend this book to those pursuing their CISSP certification.

Great overall high-level

I listened to this book twice because it provides a good foundation on Cybersecurity. The terms and keywords are important to know, industry jargon, and how to model a program from the ground up at a 50K foot level. I’ve got a couple complaints about the narrator such as the way he pronounced certain terms and words like ISACA, saying C-I-S-O and I-S-O instead of pronouncing them as one word like I’ve heard most of the industry do. However those are minor nitpicks. The book itself provides a good foundation if you ever want to figure out where to start when building a CS program.

The start of a Cyber-security journey of awakening

The book has been the start of a Cyber-security journey and awakening.
Teco project, getting to Grips with Networking , the dark web and designing a TCP/IP stack.

In the age of IOT and AI/ML, a new world just opened up. enter if you dare. (lol)

In short, The book's a winner.

Informative, well written 'top down' resource

The writing (and audio performance) style is very informal and light hearted in tone, but the book covers its broad range of subject areas well in my opinion. From an Architect's point of view, this is an ideal business-technical resource to gain a high level view of the subject areas that need to form part of a Cyber program. Its not a technical manual, but the title should tell you that. I found the style to be conducive to learning and/or re-enforcing, the list of references very useful and will dip into this for future reference. I also ended up buying the hardback as a reference so that I can make old fashioned page notes. Excellent, thanks .

Good overview.

This book provides a good overview for establishing a Cyber security program. Its not very technical and it's easy to get lost in the later chapters. Good book for introducing cyber security.
