Virtual voice is computer-generated narration for audiobooks.
Shifters are here, Annabelle Winters style . . .

When curvy investigative reporter Asheline Brown scores an “interview” (not a date—nope, it is not a date) with Adam Drake, a brooding bad boy who dropped out of her high school decades ago, joined the Air Force, and then poof, disappeared into the wild blue yonder, she has no idea what that fated meeting is going to spark.

She has no idea what Adam Drake is.

She has even less of a clue of what she is!

All she knows is that they’ve got to figure it out together.

After all, that’s what fate means, right?

If you’ve never read an Annabelle Winters novel, here’s what you should expect: Drama, madness, and over-the-top steam. Twists and turns, surprises and gotchas, and of course a happy ending. Welcome to the Curves for Shifters world. These are shifters like you’ve never seen, I promise.

I think it's a great story, but the narration is terrible. The automatic voice is not good for reading.

I love the story

The story was fantastic. virtual voice nearly ruin the whole thing for me. I tolerated it, but that's all it was tolerance. Virtual voice cannot give feeling to a story. The way a real audio actor can.

Loved it and hated it

The first few chapters were interesting but then after the two main characters met in a cafe it’s like the plot took a nosedive into stupidity. Very disappointing. I struggled to finish this. I kept hoping it would get better but it never did. Such a shame.
