Gripping 'page-turner'!

I'm a sci-fi nut but have no patience for long drawn out listens - Cure was exactly what the doctor ordered!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It is a well-written adventure with great characters that moves quickly - for me it had flavors of the early Terminator movie. And it makes you think... what would or wouldn't you do to save your child? The fact that it's based on a real mom and son story is what clearly brings the heart into this work (more please - I need to know what happens next in book 2?)
