Professor in ALL Studies -- Most Accurate Book I've Ever Read

Incredible skill of this talented writer to have clearly taken the time to cover everything relevant to our modern world. No other books need be written. Congratulations, Philomena.

Cunk is such a damn genius

each time i listen, I catch more layers of her subtle comedic brilliance! but don't listen at night if you like to fall asleep to audiobooks...your own chuckling will keep you awake. better for chores or exercising, or driving.

Brilliant and enlightening

Well, one of the two, anyway. You will learn things here that no one else has even thought about. "They were Danish, like Lego, and, like Legos, the Vikings were very painful to stand on."

Just as good as her shows!

This book was hilarious. The same energy that Philomena (Diane Morgan) gives in her show, is on full display here. Absolutely delightful.

It helps to be English…

because there are lots of references to British celebrities. Still plenty funny, though. I laughed a lot.

Wonderfully irreverent

I wish it was longer.

Very funny!

Very funny. Sadly there are no references to the unrelated Belgian techno anthem, “Pump up the Jam.”

Better than

I first bought the printed book, but I couldn’t get it to work. The audio version works fine though. I play it loud in the restroom at work to drown out other peoples’ thoughts.

Love this Lady. Sooo Funny !

I’ve watched all of Diane Morgan’s Cunk TV specials - all of which are classics among the greatest of all comedy geniuses. This book is hugely entertaining but loses something in comparison to seeing her on television delivering this same type of sardonic humor. That small criticism aside, both the performance and story were top notch. As another reviewer mentioned, it is even funnier if you’re British as she mentions many things common to people from Great Britain but most of which is foreign to us Colonials ! But I followed along pretty well and my funny bone was regularly tickled. Let’s have more from Philomena. Highly recommended audiobook !

Hilarious

I could listen again and again! If you love the show, this is just as good. I only wish it was longer.
