Publisher's Summary

Cami is a mess. Perfect student by day, party girl by night. Rebelling against her controlling father is only half of it. Cami can control her actions at parties, no one else can. It’s a freedom she won’t let go of. And something she doesn’t need saving from.

Travis an all around great guy. He’s a tutor, good student, and has his act together. After crushing on Cami last semester and watching her spiral out of control, he only wants to help her. He wants to show her she deserves more than a night of fun. She deserves respect, freedom, and love.

Can Cami let her guard down long enough to let Travis in? Or will old habits ruin their chance at love?

More angst than desired

This was good, but had more angst in it then I would like. I really enjoyed seeing what Cami was up to and how she and her love interest Travis would interact, and it really had a lot of great moments between them. However, I felt there was a lot of angst that wasn’t necessary, or rather too much of. Both Cami and Travis has angst related to their respective parents, which did make me nervous in some of the scenes which I was supposed to be enjoying Cami and Travis. This story introduced Darcy, the roommate of Cami and Derrick, Travis’ close friend. I liked that Derrick was basically Tonya for Travis. I’m sure I’ll be seeing more of Darcy and Derrick at a later time. Overall, I would rate this 4 out of 5 stars. Good story, but the angst was a little bit too much at times. ————————————- Disclaimer: I received a free code from Audiobookcrave. All opinions are my own

Enjoyable

I was entertained with this book; however, I found the first of the series a little more enjoyable. It was nice to hear views from different characters and I look forward to book 3!
