OK Continuation of the Series

The story is funny and a good continuation of the series, BUT where has our BAD ASS Scott gone? In this and the last book, she seems to be diminished somehow.

I remember liking Scout. She was more at one point, right? This will all make sense if Tilly wakes from a nap in her chair one day and all series are a dream version of herself.
