This is a nice clear, concise synthesis of some of Fred’s best ideas on reality creation. A good balance of concepts and stories/examples. He brings in the idea of releasing emotions/letting go which I have picked up from other teachers and the Sedona method and integrates it into his work. Going back to listen again but overall a great piece of work.

I think this books pales in comparison to other Reality Creation book by this author… also there were 2 separate chapters that literally had the same content word for word basically a repeat
