The author, Jonny Ardavanis, offers biblical insight on how to ground our thoughts and keep our eyes fixed on God. Book’s focus is “not being anxious.” Although, the book can also be appreciated for how each chapter focuses on God’s Character and gives scripture chapter and verse, which provides the resources for Christians to remember who they are in Christ.

This book was life changing. Going to need a hard copy after listening to annotate. The author is an incredible narrator as his passion for the Lord, people, and the topic are evident. A must read and a must listen!
