I LOVED IT ALL

This is book 2 of a love affair trilogy and, if you haven't already listened to book 1, then I strongly suggest you start there otherwise you'll be missing out on the intensity, passion and back-story that makes up this wonderful, but bitter-sweet, love story that'll have you saying "oh just another chapter" right up until the end.

After their breakup Brooke has run off to Italy to meet her dying relative and to explore her inheritance however things, and people, aren't what they seem. Jett (Mmmm don't you just luv him) is not going to give up on their relationship and follows Brooke to Italy where he slowly tries to win her back and their sizzling sexual chemistry cannot be ignored. However, they're in danger as they uncover damaging information that threatens everything.

There's interesting secondary characters - particularly Jett's friend Kenny and Brooke's friend Sylvie who's an entertaining and humorous character and they give a sub romance that'll hopefully conclude in book 3.

Worth a credit? There's mystery, suspense, danger, action, a few surprises, an enjoyable romance with some sweet, tender and heartfelt lines, lust, sex, love and a mouthwatering drop-dead gorgeous sexy hero.... so what's not to love!! YES a very creditworthy addition to this trilogy which moves both the plot, and the H/H's love story, on nicely.

Probably not - - too busy moving on to the next books in this series!

Characters and ROMY NORDLINGER'S narration of this book. She's great - - her timing is perfect - - never overdone, but just right!

Have you listened to any of Romy Nordlinger’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Great as usual - - I seek out new books by searching what Romy narrates. An "ok book" is good if she's narrating and a "good book" is great if she's narrating.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Several, but don't want to spoil it for others.

LOVE!

This one is even better than the first. Jett Mayfield is a hottie!!! Loved all of it and love the narrator Romy Nordlinger. On to the last one - I don't want 'em to end!

good story ,bad narrator

Good story but I couldn't fall in love with him due to his voice. sounded like a 100 years old man :( annoying.

No!

How did the narrator detract from the book?

Yes! Her male character voice was horrible. I thought Jett was from the south based on her voice.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Conquer Your Love?

Most of it, this book could have been a lot shorter.

Good Storyline but ruined by bad narration

The story was ok . It had intrigue..mystery..Hot sex..but with the lack luster narration the story fall flat.
I must confess I am not a fan of Romy Nordlinger..Her voice is to raspy..she inhales like she's smoking a cigarette.. she is diffently not the right narrator for a 23 yr. newly college graduate enjoying new love , new career, and just having a good time. Listening to her narrate you would think the "h" is in her late 30's or 40"s that lived a rough hard life..i had to keep reminding myself "h" is only 23..
the male voices all sound nasal & alike..her narration is just bad.
I had to rate this audiobook low because of the narration.. i can say my ears are bleeding..i really struggled to finish this audiobook..

IMO I recommend skipping the audiobook & buy the Ebook..it will be a lot more enjoyable..
