Keyara Henderson's life takes an unexpected turn when more than half of her vision deteriorates due to diabetes. In an effort to regain her independence, Keyara opts to attend Georgia Southern University, a prestigious university with a drive long enough to prevent her from having anyone to fall back on. Although he has reservations, Keyara's father relents under two conditions: one being that she must stay in an assisted-living facility and the other requiring her to employ a chauffeur.

Born to a superstar father, Marquez "Rich" Richardson has lived up to the hype surrounding his last name, using it to bend the rules and escape trouble. After his son was caught in another drag-racing/drunk-driving scandal, Marquez's father has had enough of his son's irresponsible ways. He revokes his driving privileges before the police can do so. To drill in the importance of safe driving, he piles on a lesson to pair with this punishment: acting as Keyara Henderson's chauffeur. From the first day he begins walking her around, Marquez feels as if his social status is in jeopardy. The parties he once attended and the girls who would flock to him are put off by Keyara's presence. Although this is a problem in the beginning, Marquez warms up to the determined Keyara. The problem standing in his way: his girlfriend, Cajua Taylor.

Great storyline

I love the storyline and how the book flowed so well! Leon Nixon was great. I enjoyed Machelle Williams as a narrator too. With more practice, she’ll be awesome!

Books is good. I felt like she was too much of a pushover and he should have suffered more

I loved the story, the sex scenes were graphic. Overall it was a great story.

College love

I related to this story. I met my love in college as well! I’m so happy that she has room in her heart to forgive. So happy for their happily ever after!

story line

I like the book and I could relate to it bc I am from Savannah my son and I and 2 of my in-laws are SSU alumnist. when she referred to SSU being in "the hood" I had to laugh bc there is some truth to that. and my friend has just been drafted to The Buffalo Bills. good book.

Blinded by Love 💕

I love the storyline & the narrators nailed it!! Keyara has a heart to forgive others! Marquez was a spoiled mess lol However, I'm glad he found & recognized true love!

The narration

I truly enjoyed the storyline but felt a way about her being SO YOUNG and how fast things progressed. It was a struggle to get deep because of the female narrator. I just wasn’t feeling her. Overall I LOVE this author!! I will continue to support her work!!

Great Plot and Love story

I love how each event turned from one emotion to another. It had me on thr edge of my seat, yelling at the characters, angry at the lead male, sad for his girlfriend. This story is an emotional turner...like the sour patch Comercial, first it's sour, but turned sweet. Job well done!

I enjoyed this a lot at most times…

This story was well written with great character development , but the sex scenes were ridiculous and unrealistic - the development of the main characters sex life made the story annoying. Lol! If you can get past that you’ll love the book. Also, the female narrator…ehhh sometimes cringy lol. But I liked the book and love the author!
