  • Don‘t Take Anything Personally
    Oct 21 2021

This episode we talk about the 2nd Agreement from the Book: The Four Agreements.

The 2nd agreement is: Don't take anything personally.

    Easier said than done right?

    The Main topics include:

    • Our need for Acceptance
    • Fears and rejections
    • Hypo/Hyper arrousal
    • THC and Edibles
    • Taking away Labels
    • Being Neutral

Our brains have been wired to take our past traumas and work it into every scenario in our lives, which makes it very hard to not take things personally so in this episode we break down how we can work towards not taking things personally...

Meghan talks about her recent session with her therapist and how we make decisions based on the state of our emotions; whether we are in hyper/hypo arrousal or neutral.

Tasha Talks about the realization that THC has allowed her to be in the state of neutrality, freedom, calmness, and a state where she feels she doesn't take things personally.

Kristine shares with us that fear has played a very big part in her life when it comes to making decisions, and she has to assess where her emotions are before making these decisions.

Throughout our conversation, we realize that if we practice the first agreement: Being  Impeccable with your word, by using the power of our word to be truthful and to speak with love, then this allows us to not take things personally...

There is soo much wisdom in this book, all wrapped up in 4 simple Agreements.

If you haven't read it yet, we highly recommend it.
