A lavishly enriched blood supply piques Dr. Danny Tilson's interest as he performs a routine surgery on Varg Dagmar's brain. He soon discovers that it's not just his patient's cranial anatomy that's remarkable, but his superlative mental capabilities as well.
As more and more patients surface with similar mystifying profiles, Danny searches for answers. If he can figure out the cause of this surge in advanced mental faculties, the ramifications to humankind could be staggering.
Danny wonders, however. Is this mysterious brain power too good to be true?

Reseñas de la Crítica
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
The book was excellent and I truly enjoy the story as I have all of Ebel's novel's. I would probably suggest that if my friend had the time that he/she read the novel rather than listen to it. I found the cadence of the narrators voice totally annoying and much to be desired. The pauses were in odd places and took away from the authors writing, which I thought was too bad. I read her other two books an found listening to this one difficult. What did you like best about this story?
The story was excellent and enjoyable as Ebel's first two novels had been. Danny Tilson is a likable character that you find yourself rooting for as the novel proceeds. Though this one didn't have the drama that her first two novels had but it was still fascinating as you consider the possibility of a potential wonder drink.Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Dave Wright?
John Ruebenstien and Alexander Alexander Adams would be my top choices though I enjoy Robb Lamont, and Titus Welliver as well.Excellent Novel
