Good story, ended unfinished
The two detectives worked hard to solve the mystery they were hired for and also uncovered more mysteries along the way.
As former FBI I would have expected more proactive skills when investigating an issue to prevent any dangerous situations.
Overall I liked the story and how the main characters grew in insight and self awareness. I wish the story completely wrapped up.
It seems this book will lead into the next.

Too much religion for a murder book
Story idea was good but the heavy religion in the book changed the story from murder to finding GOD. That is not a bad thing, just not what I want in a murder story.
