Growing up for Cream wasn't easy. For as long as she can remember it's just been Cream and Jackie. Bouncing from city to city with her mom was hard. She had to leave friends behind and move on with her life.

Jackie is hiding a secret from Cream that may or may not cause harm to her family. Once Jackie's back is against the wall she has no choice but to tell the truth. They finally settle in Cincinnati, Ohio and her life changes for the better. She meets and fall in love with Coffee, but does Coffee have what it takes to keep Cream in Cincinnati?

Coffee was the man on the streets. Even at a young age he was a boss. But Coffee has always had a problem with "keeping it in his pants". Now that he has Cream will he change his ways or lose her forever?

Narrators Held Nothing Back!

This was the first time I have listened to an book that had music and sound effects. The narrator did an amazing job telling the story. Content wasn't much to be desired.

Would you try another book from Tirzah Lee and/or Cee Scott?

I purchased 1 & 2 of this series so I can see how it ends.

Has Coffee and Cream turned you off from other books in this genre?

No, but it doesn't help the case either.

What didn’t you like about Cee Scott’s performance?

No variety. Voices all put you in the mind of backwoods, less than intelligent people. It was hard to reconcile that with the description (poor as it is) of the "bosses" that the listener is supposed to believe these characters were to be.

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

No

Great story line.

Great story line. With more time and experience I believe the author will be more descriptive and crafty at developing and presenting the plot. Events happened too quickly and more details with a slower yet still entertaining progression were desired. Yet still a good listen!

This was a good book from beginning to the end i mean it will have you think wow smh... People and there secrets and ways will have you go to jail...
